 PRINCIPLES OF OUR CORN DRYER

The grain enters the grain dryer from the top through the elevator and the input scraper conveyor, and automatically falls into the grain storage layer by gravity for short-term storage. The bottom of the grain storage layer is directly connected with the grain scattering layer. When the зерносушилка работает, зернорассеивающая пластина рассеяния зерна слой будет равномерно рассеивать зерно в сушильный слой. В то же время топка горелки генерирует тепло путем сжигания топлива (рисовой шелухи, соломы, дров, частиц биомассы, угля, газа и т. д.) и проходит через теплообменник для нагрева и сушки свежего и чистого воздуха из воздухозаборника зерносушилка сушилки. Сухой воздух поступает в сушильный слой зерносушилка сушилка, равномерно и эффективно контактирует с зерном, забирает влагу в зерне, а затем выходит из сушилки через мощный вентилятор. Зерна в сушильном слое продолжают падать, а затем поднимаются элеватором поступают в зерносушилка сушилку непрерывно. Пока внутренний датчик влажности не обнаружит, что содержание влаги в зерне достигает заданного значения, зерносушилка сушилка автоматически прекратит работу, чтобы завершить сушку партии зернаа затем транспортирует зерно в сухой амбар для хранения через выпускной конвейер.

 6. It is necessary to send an engineer to help us for guidance of installation and modify the machine?
